Animal Jam Fennec Fox

Not to be confused with the Arctic Fox, the Polar Arctic Fox, or the Fennec Fox. The Fox is a members-only land animal. They were introduced into Jamaa in July 2012. The Fennec Fox can be earned for free on the day it is released, then goes to 1000 gems. It is the second equivalent of the fox, the first being the arctic fox. Ear items on Fennec Foxes are usually high up since of how high the ears are.

Everyone likes the cute animals in Play Wild. The Fox is one of those cute and furry animals that you can play as. It was first released as part of The Clever Fox Bundle in August of 2015. It had a price tag of $1.99 in the Premium Shop, and could not be obtained by using in-game currencies.

After a couple of months, in November 2015, the Fox was also made available for purchase with Gems. If you didn’t want the bundle, you could buy the Fox separately for 3000 Gems. After the bundle was removed, the Fox was made available at the Sapphire Shop for 150 Sapphires. After several more months, the price tag for the animal was decreased to 100 Sapphires. The Fox was last seen during September 2017, after which it was removed from the Sapphire Shop.

Play Wild Fox Appearance

The Fox has a fluffy brown overcoat, and a lighter beige undercoat and lower part of its face. It also has a beige tail tip. Its eyes appear to be lavender, and even though it has thin legs, it has some large and cute ears. You can see more of what the Fox looks like in the pictures below.

I have taken pictures of the actions and special abilities of the Fox, in order to get a better look at what it looks like. Firstly, I wanted to see what kind of dance moves it had in store for us. It appears to stand on its hind legs, shuffling around and twirling once. It continues dancing until you move it around.

The play action makes it chase after its own tail, running in a couple of circles until it catches the tip of it. It then sits down and nibbles on the tip of its tail for a while.

The hop action makes the Fox jump high up in the sky, and then land back on all four of its legs.

The sit action will make the fox sit down on its hind legs, its chest and head up. Its animation makes it look like its breathing calmly, and while doing so, its tail also wiggles slightly.

Lastly, the sleep action will make the Fox curl up into a ball, resting its head on its tail. Its eyes are closed and it appears as if it is wiggling back and forth slightly.

Fox Codes for Play Wild

The Fox is currently not available for sale in Play Wild. After some research, I have concluded that there are no codes available for this animal either. If you already own the Fox, make sure to check out the Foxes Only Party and the Fox Lair, which is a secret area that only foxes can enter. You can find the Fox Lair by going to Appondale and finding the secret pathway.

Spring Fennec Fox Bundle Contents

If you have been a Jammer for a while, you probably know that all monthly bundles contain a certain amount of items. The Spring Fennec Fox Bundle comes with a new Animal and Pet, the Fennec Fox and Pet Fennec Fox. It also comes with the Spring Armor Set so you can properly dress your new animal. The Spring Armor Set consists of five armor pieces.

No bundle would be complete without an exclusive den. The Spring Fennec Fox Bundle comes with the Spring Cottage, and allows you to transform your den into a spring-themed cottage. You will also receive a dozen of spring-themed den items so that you can decorate your den.

Fennec Fox in Animal Jam

It is only appropriate that you receive a Fennec Fox, especially since the bundle is called Spring Fennec Fox Bundle. The first time AJHQ hinted the release of the Fennec Fox was on April 18, 2019, after which it made it into the monthly bundle. Let’s take a closer look at the Fennec Fox.

The Fennec Fox is quite small, and has a red fur. Around their eyes, belly and feet, its fur is white. You can clearly see that its red fur has darker spots around its tail. The Fennec Fox is an amazing addition to the animal kingdom in Animal Jam.

Pet Fennec Fox

The Spring Fennec Fox Bundle wouldn’t be complete without a matching pet. In this bundle, you will receive the small version of the Fennec Fox, simply called the Pet Fennec Fox. The Pet Fennec Fox has a large head, and a very small body. Its ears are triangular, and quite large as well. You can see what the Pet Fennec Fox looks like in the picture below.

Spring Armor Set

The Fennec Fox is going to need a new armor set to wear when it is running all around Jamaa. Luckily, the Spring Fennec Fox Bundle also comes with the Spring Armor Set. The set consists of a total of five items, which are the following; Sunflower Helmet, Thorn Spiked Collar, Spring Leaf Amor, Rose Slippers and Vine Tail Armor. Worn together, the Spring Armor Set will make you look like an awesome flower. Take a look at this picture to see what I mean.

The Spring Cottage

You will also receive the amazing Spring Cottage in the Spring Fennec Fox Bundle. The Spring Cottage allows you to transform your den, and give it a fantastic spring feeling. It will look as if your den is a cottage. The cool thing about this bundle is that you will also receive den items that you can use to decorate your new Spring Cottage.

Spring Den Items

Just like all other monthly bundles, the Spring Fennec Fox Bundle also comes with a number of den items. In total, you will get twelve den items, which are all Spring themed. For example, you will get an amazing Archway, as well as a Fountain. In the picture below, you can see an overview of the Spring Den Items that you will receive in the Spring Fennec Fox Bundle.
