Every Animal Jam Box will have a curated assortment of mystery items with a total retail value of over $60! Most of the goodies inside are totally exclusive to the box and can't be found anywhere else. The boxes may also include rare first edition items before they are released in stores! The types of items that could be inside include clothing, accessories, electronics, toys, stationery and more!

Why are we asking for your shirt and shoe size?
We're asking because we plan on putting a wearable in every single box! It does not mean that you will be getting both a tee shirt and shoes in every box. We're storing this information in case we may need it for future boxes.

International Customers are required to pay any relevant duties, customs, or taxes associated with their Country.
Why are International shipping fees more than Domestic?
International shipping fees vary from country to country. Each international Animal Jam Box is shipped with Priority Express International Shipping and is fully insured and trackable.
Once my box ships, how long will it take to arrive?
If you’re a subscriber located in the USA, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your box is dispatched through USPS or FedEx. At that point, your box will arrive within 2-7 business days depending on where you’re located.
If you are an international subscriber (outside the USA), you will receive a shipping notification when your box is dispatched via USPS along with a tracking number. At that point, your box will arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Please be aware that international packages may be delayed by customs in your country and that you are responsible for any associated import fees.
Any new subscription that comes after that quarter's box has already started shipping may take up to two weeks to ship.
Billing
If I subscribed, will I automatically get renewed?
Yes, you will automatically be renewed to the plan you purchased.
When will I be billed for a recurring subscription?
At signup, you will be charged $25 plus shipping for the Quarterly Plan. This plan are set to auto-renew once your initial plan has ended. Please refer to the chart below for processing dates.
Spring box: Processed week of March 26th

What currency will I be charged in?
All orders on AnimalJamBox.com are processed in U.S dollars.

How do I update my payment information?
In order to change your Credit Card info, Log into your account, clickMy SubscriptionsthenBilling and then click onEdit Card.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go! If you have to leave, click on My Account and then My Subscriptions. From there you will Edit your status from Active to Inactive.
Quarterly Plans can be canceled between seasons, but you will still receive all the boxes you were charged for.
How do I change my sizes?
Log in, click on My Account and then My Subscriptions. Select Edit on your current subscription and then change product size.
How do I change my shipping address?

Exchanges and Returns
An item was broken or damaged in my Animal Jam Box. What should I do?
Any damages, refunds or replacement requests must be requested within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Due to inventory changes, we do not guarantee that all requests will be accommodated as requested. Once processed, you will be asked to verify your shipping address and you will receive new tracking information.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have been used, washed or tampered with.
As a mystery style subscription, we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for the dissatisfaction of subscription contents.
You may reach out to customer support with photos documenting the damage in a photo or video in an email with the full name and email associated with the account.
We will be able to replace the item/s unless the item is not in stock, then we will offer a refund for the damaged item.
Please do take note that waiting for a replacement can take up to 8 weeks.

The Animal Jam Box service started in the winter of 2016. Since then, they have send out a total of eight boxes, all filled to the brim with Animal Jam related merchandise and items. Often, the developers over at AJHQ announce what the upcoming Animal Jam Box will contain. However, for the Winter of 2018 Box, they decided to approach it in a different way.
The Winter 2018 Animal Jam Box is called the Rare Box, a mysterious box full of rare items. AJHQ claims it to be the “RAREST” of boxes that they have ever offered. Today, we are going to take a look at the Winter 2018 Rare Box, and find out what kind of items it contains.
Animal Jam Rare Box 2018 – What’s Included?
Since nobody has yet received their Animal Jam Winter 2018 Rare Box, it is not entirely clear what the exact contents of the box will be. All we know for a certainty that the box itself looks like a massive gold rare tag, with the word rare printed on it.
The Animal Jam Box website states that it is an ultra-rare box, and that it is packed full of exclusive Animal Jam merchandise, as well as collectibles that you will not find anywhere else.After gathering some information, we did find out several of the items that you will receive in the Winter 2018 Rare box. There are real-life, and digital items in the Winter 2018 Rare Box.
First of all, you receive a real-life Rare Beanie. The beanie appears to be made out of a thick fabric, to keep your head nice and warm. The Rare Beanie is purple in color, has two Diamonds on the front, as well as a rare tag on its side. It looks very amazing, and matches the theme.
Spiked Collars and Spiked Wristbands are some of the rarest items in Animal Jam. Wouldn’t it be cool if there was a real-life Spiked Wristband that you could wear? You probably already guessed it by now. The Winter 2018 Rare Box also contains a real-life Spiked Wristband! It looks black in color, with white spikes all around it. This is an amazing addition to the Rare Box.

The contents below are pure speculations by several people online. It is not confirmed that they will be in the Winter 2018 Rare Box.
The next two items are digital, in-game items and are speculated to be in the Winter 2018 Rare Box. First of all, you receive a Rare Picture Frame, which is a den item that you can place down. It is not clear if you can shuffle through pictures to place in the picture frame, but it looks cool nonetheless.
The other speculated in-game item is the Rare Charm den item. This is an item that many Jammers are looking forward to. Many Animal Jam items have a rare tag, which indicates that they are quite unique and hard to get. The Rare Charm is basically a thick Rare Tag that you can place in your den.
It is also possible that the Rare Charm is supposed to be a real-life collectible. It appears to have a loop for a keychain, which means that you can carry it around with you.
