The Mech Angel Helmet was first released during the beta testing phase of Animal Jam. You could buy it at Jam Mart Clothing. The helmet went on clearance, and shortly after, it was removed from the game. The Mech Angel Wings was first released in 2012, but was not sold in any shops. You can still obtain the wings as rewards by completing different adventures.
In the pictures above, you can see what the Mech Angel Helmet & Wings look like. Even if the items weren’t released in the same time period, they match when worn together. The Helmet has a tiara-like design, fits around the head and has feathers sticking out on both sides. The wings consists of a harness that you can wear, and has two wings on each side.

Rare Item Monday Mech Angel Helmet & Wings
On May 14, 2012, the Rare Item Monday Mech Angel Helmet was released. It has a variety of colors, such as peach, orange/brown and yellow tips on the feathers.
The Rare Item Monday version of the Mech Angel Wings was made available only a week later, on May 21, 2012. As you can see in the pictures, the wings also have a similar color scheme, and fits well together with the helmet.
